Speedwell Firemen’s Relief Association – Lebanon County – Audit Period January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023

A Limited Procedures Engagement (LPE) was conducted for the Speedwell Firemen’s Relief Association, covering the period from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2023, to ensure funds were used appropriately in line with the VFRA Act and Act 205 of 1984. The investigation included reviewing accounting records, bank documents, and interviewing officials, confirming proper fund management without unauthorized expenditures. The relief association received state aid totaling $14,125 over three years and maintained $16,427 in cash by the end of 2023. Total expenditures of $6,160 were verified as compliant with state law. The relief association’s financial management aligns with state laws and bylaws, securing financial resources responsibly.
