About This Audit

The compliance audit of the Relief Association of Glenside Fire Company No. 1, covering January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2023, was conducted to assess corrective actions taken on previous findings and compliance with applicable laws regarding state aid and fund expenditures. The audit was performed by the Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General, based on state authority and VFRA Act guidelines, but not under U.S. Government Auditing Standards. The audit confirmed appropriate corrective actions and significant compliance with laws and procedures, except for an unverified $95,260 investment balance.
